Your Role as Scan Operator :
As a Scan Operator , you will operate high-speed scanners and manage the flow of physical and digital documents. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in their work while supporting the team’s broader operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Scanner Operation & Document Handling
• Operate high-speed scanners with precision and efficiency
• Remove, scan, and replace documents in their original order
• Clean and maintain scanning equipment regularly
🔹 Process & Workflow Adherence
• Follow established workflows and chain of command
• Recognize and report typical issues with equipment or processes
• Assist with prep and reprocessing of documents as needed
🔹 Collaboration & Support
• Train or assist other team members in processing tasks
• Maintain departmental efficiency standards related to volumes and deadlines
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and ready for production

What You Need to Succeed:
✔ Key Competencies:
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Confidential handling of sensitive documents
• Basic computer proficiency
✔ Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 6 months’ related experience or training (or equivalent)
• Clean driving record
• Familiarity with scanning software, copiers, printers, and related equipment (training provided)
