A large engineering manufacturing company in San Diego, CA is seeking a scrum master to join their team. They will play a key role on the agile team, ensuring the team follows scrum practices effectively for IT projects related to application development enhancements. They will own and run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies. They will help to prioritize the backlog, manage the collaboration of cross-functional teams, and manage project completion end-to-end. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, coordinating or organizing project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years' of professional working experience (Flexible if Certified Scrum Master)
- 2 years hands on experience as the acting Scrum Master; leading scrum ceremonies (1-2 teams)
- Need to come from a background that is Application Development/ SDLC - focused
- Should be familiar with maturing or improving Agile Best Practices
- Required Experience in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience with strong documentation skills (smartsheets, ADO, Ganntt Chart, Excel/Power BI, and Burndown Charts) MS Project
