Job Description

_Are you ready to join a growing team?_ CTG is seeking a Scrum Master II to provide servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams. You will coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices, foster self-organization, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, and ensure impediments are addressed while keeping stakeholders informed. **Location:** Buffalo, NY **Duration:** 6 months **Key Responsibilities:** + Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. + Coach teams on agile practices including user stories, TDD/ATDD, story mapping, and continuous integration. + Promote continuous improvement and foster a high-performing team culture. + Address blockers beyond team authority and escalate as needed. + Collaborate with other Agile Leaders to improve Agile adoption across the organization. + Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and facilitate learning opportunities. + Maintain internal control standards and adhere to risk/regulatory policies. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree + 4+ years on an agile team, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master, or equivalent experience. + Scaled Agile experience, PI Planning, and Risk Management expertise. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in multiple technology team roles (PM, UX, BA, Developer, Tester). + Knowledge of Agile/Lean principles, Design Thinking, and digital capabilities. + Strong verbal and written communication; proven ability to lead through influence. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
