Job Description

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple mid-sized cybersecurity initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role requires strong project management skills, familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in an Agile (SAFe) setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and reports using standard PM tools.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely communication and escalation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and Agile teams to meet deliverables and milestones.
• Coordinate PI Planning activities and ensure applicable stories are created in Jira.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and maintain accurate documentation in Confluence.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership through clear reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent technology or cybersecurity projects.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and terminology.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel .
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, organization, and servant leadership skills.
• Ability to manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability across teams.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
