Ike's is looking to hire Shift Leads at this popular location!
Ike’s Love & Sandwiches is a pioneer in the sandwich world transcending the sandwich genre since 2007.

Shift Lead hourly wage begins at $12.00hr plus tips.

Shift Leads are responsible for helping the store manager with the daily operations of our restaurant, including the development, performance, and leadership of our team. In addition, you will learn and perform tasks such as cost control, inventory management, product ordering, and profitability.

Above all else, our shift leaders must be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through kindness, love, and delicious sandwiches.

Restaurant experience is a plus but is not necessary. Shift Leads always strive to provide each customer with an incredible food paired with incredible service.

Restaurant Shift Lead / Crew Lead / Shift Manager is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to your success at this job.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Shift Lead Requirements:

* Restaurant experience with some supervisory role highly desierable
* Must be eligible to work in the United States
* Desire to be a leader in the restaurant industry
* Must have reliable transportation
* Self-disciplined, takes initiative, strong team leadership ability
* Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards
* Must possess excellent communication skills
* Works with a sense of urgency and efficiency
* Problem solver
* Regular and consistent attendance
