Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Manual Testing Expertise: (35%)
o 5+ years of experience in manual testing across various testing types (functional, non-functional, UAT).
o Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Public Sector Compliance: (10%)
o Proven experience in AODA compliance testing and WCAG 2.1 standards.
o Familiarity with ITIL processes and public sector testing requirements.
Defect Management: (15%)
o Experience using tools like Jira to track and manage defects.
o Ability to conduct root cause analysis and verify bug resolutions.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including risk-based and exploratory testing.
Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and reports.
Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Confluence).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with database testing and writing SQL queries for data validation.
Knowledge of performance and load testing techniques.
