About us:
Glowbar is a skincare company with a people-centric mentality. Our mission is to help people feel confident in their skin, so we created the first-to-market, custom, 30-minute facial experience to make skincare more accessible, efficient, and effective. Each studio is equipped with expert estheticians who provide professional-grade results at an affordable price-point.
After launching in New York City in 20219, Glowbar has quickly scaled with locations across the northeast with national expansion on the horizon. As we continue to grow, we aim to maintain the special glow that sets us apart from traditional spas.
In this role, the Training Specialist will lead in building and developing a high-performing team of Estheticians across their district. By partnering with recruitment, they will ensure every studio is fully staffed while building a strong pipeline of future talent.
