We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Travel Booking Representative to assist clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer support, manage reservations, and ensure each travelers experience is seamless from start to finish.

Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and available options.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and travel documentation.
Maintain records of client preferences and travel history to personalize future service.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations.
Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Previous experience in customer service, travel planning, or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Comfortable using computer systems and learning travel booking platforms (training provided).
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
