Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lebanon, IN

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience) + Bonus Potential

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Overview:

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for one of our top partners in the food production industry. This leadership role will manage daily warehouse operations in a temperature-sensitive environment and ensure inventory accuracy, team development, and compliance with safety and food quality regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure all processes meet HACCP, GMP, SQF, and FDA/USDA food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage temperature-sensitive storage to preserve product quality.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards consistently.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to track inventory, generate reports, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Conduct cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space in accordance with food safety and sanitation policies.
• Support audit and inspection readiness, and participate in regulatory compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment (food manufacturing/distribution experience strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food safety compliance standards (HACCP, GMP, SQF).
• Experience using WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperature-variable environments.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
