Full-time Customer Service Representative Are you outgoing? Do you love helping people? Do you thrive in a team atmosphere? Well, we have a job for you at Dog House! We are looking for a full-time, top-level CSR to join our office staff of 3. You will be cross-trained as a customer service representative and dispatcher. Responsibilities include: * Making sure customers are taken care of each day * Provide the absolute best customer service experience to our customers * Answer phones * Return customer calls * Outbound calls * Scheduling appointments * Working with technicians by assisting with dispatch duties * Administrative tasks Who Are We? Dog House (heating, air, plumbing), located in Brunswick, Maine, started in 2010 and continues to grow. We are a family-owned and operated business providing residential and light commercial service and installations. Our daily goal is to give our valued customers A+ service.
