MUST have prior experience managing daily operations on large dairy farm which includes supervision of other employees (farm employs 14 others - herdsman, feeders, and milkers). Must be knowledgeable of all aspects of running a large dairy as will do so with minimal daily oversight from owner. Housing available with flexible benefit package.
