We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support the execution of business unit data strategies and processes. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights for sales, financial, and business reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex datasets into clear reports and dashboards while helping to optimize data management processes. The ideal candidate is adept at database management, proficient with advanced analytics tools, and experienced in integrating AI/ML frameworks to enhance predictive insights. Accountabilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable business insights.
• Manage and optimize databases, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed statistical and narrative reports with high accuracy.
• Develop tools and processes to maintain and enhance data quality standards.
• Provide ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in data analysis and emerging technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business unit objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a data analysis or related role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Macros, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in database management and analytics tools: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Data Warehouses.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms (Power BI, DAX, Power Query) and advanced Microsoft Suite skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Python experience and knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, Flask, Sci-kit Learn, Jupyter; cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Telecom industry experience is advantageous but not required.
