About the Role:
Want to break into real estate and learn how deals get done? We’re looking for a driven, energetic team member to join us full-time as an Acquisitions Assistant. This is an in-person role where you’ll gain hands-on experience sourcing real estate deals, talking to property owners, and helping us grow our portfolio.
You don’t need years of experience — just strong communication skills, a great attitude, and the motivation to earn based on your performance.
What You’ll Do:
Call property owners and brokers to find off-market opportunities
Gather information, build relationships, and stay persistent with follow-ups
Research markets and properties to help evaluate deals
Keep track of leads and activity using our CRM
Work closely with our acquisitions and leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable on the phone and good at talking to people
Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
Excited to learn and grow in real estate
Entrepreneurial mindset — you like working hard and seeing results
Real estate or sales experience is a plus, but not required
Must be available to work full-time in person in Great Neck, NY
